Potential application value of microporous nano bubble aeration technology in aquaculture

(1) Air flotation and water purification


When studying the application of micro nano bubble aeration technology in aquaculture for oxygen enhancement, it was also found that because the micro nano bubble surface has a negative charge, it can enhance the adsorption of small particles in the water. During the aeration of the regulating pool, some solid organic substances were absorbed by the micro nano bubble and floated up, which can be removed by filtration, thereby reducing the oxygen consumption source.


It was found that the ultramicro bubble technology could accelerate the degradation of particulate matter in the culture water when it was applied to shrimp indoor culture. The ultramicro bubble generator is located at the bottom of the water body, and the jet air flow runs in the horizontal direction. The sediment particles are impacted by the air flow and suspended in the aquaculture water body with the current. Because the charge on the surface of the ultramicro bubble has a good adhesion efficiency to the suspended solids, a large number of particles will form on the surface of the water body of the microbubble group. These particles enter the suspended state of the water layer from the sediment state at the bottom of the water body, increasing the contact with the oxygen in the water body, so as to accelerate the biodegradation of particles and achieve water purification. The AH type ultra micron bubble generation water treatment device is used to study its sewage treatment capacity. The test results show that this method can significantly reduce the content of BOD, total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen, greatly increase the dissolved oxygen, and also remove the chromaticity, and significantly improve the water quality. The above research provides a reference for the application of micro nano bubbles in aquaculture water treatment process to reduce oxygen consumption and degrade ammonia nitrogen in water quality.


(2) Microbial nitrification


In the study of the application of micro nano bubbles in the nitrogen cycling process, it was found that when the micro nano bubbles converted nitrous nitrogen, the micro nano bubbles had advantages in its conversion when the nitrous nitrogen concentration was high; Ozone micro nano bubbles can promote the transformation of nitrite nitrogen; The influence of oxygen micro nano bubbles on the transformation of nitrite nitrogen is closely related to the pH value of solution. The stronger the acidity is in a certain range, the higher the oxidation efficiency is; Under near neutral or alkaline conditions, oxygen has no effect or reaction on nitrous nitrogen conversion. This provides a reference for the application of micro nano bubbles to promote microbial nitrification in aquaculture water treatment process.


(3) Aquatic plant purification


The purification effect and law of water quality of Zalilihua floating bed were studied by using micro nano aeration, blast aeration and non aeration. The results showed that the removal rates of COD Mn, TN, NH 4+- N and TP in the micro nano aerated floating bed were 19.95%, 13.35%, 21.72% and 18.20% higher than those in the non aerated floating bed, while those in the air blast aeration group were 8.23%, 5.64%, 10.61% and 10.53% respectively; However, the oxygen rich environment formed by micro nano aeration is not conducive to the removal of NO 3-N. This provides a reference for the application of micro nano aeration technology in the plant purification process of aquaculture water treatment.


(4) Ozone disinfection


The retention of bubbles enables the physical and chemical stability of ozone water. The use of micro nano bubbles in primary ice can not only improve the mass transfer rate of ozone in water, thus improving the utilization rate of ozone, but also strengthen the oxidation capacity of ozone. This provides a reference for the application of micro nano ozone aeration technology to degradation of ammonia nitrogen and other indicators in aquaculture water treatment process.


(5) Increase output


When studying the culture of Penaeus vannamei, it was found that the feed coefficient of microporous aeration was 9.5% lower than that of impeller aerator, the average yield per mu was increased by 17.1%, and the average profit per mu was increased by 50%. This provides a reference for the application of the physiological activity characteristics of micro nano in aquaculture water treatment process to improve the output.
