How can high temperature and heavy rain cause hypoxia? 1. In natural state, dissolved oxygen content is inversely proportional to temperature. When the temperature rises and the pressure decreases, the solubility of oxygen in water will decrease, that is, the oxygen content will decrease as a whole. Therefore, in summer with long-term high temperature, dissolved oxygen has always been a major problem in aquaculture, and it is generally necessary to artificially increase oxygen to maintain dissolved oxygen. 2. As the temperature rises, not only the fish themselves become more active, but also aerobic microorganisms will multiply in large numbers and consume a large amount of oxygen. Especially in the high-density aquaculture pond, the decrease of dissolved oxygen is almost visible to the naked eye. 3. Continuous rain, especially high temperature and continuous rain, will weaken or stop photosynthesis of algae and other plants in the water, resulting in insufficient dissolved oxygen in the water. It is not difficult for us to find that anoxia in fish ponds is very easy to be induced by external factors, and once oxygen cannot be replenished in time, it may cause huge losses. Therefore, we aquatic people know that we must keep our fish ponds in a state of high dissolved oxygen for a long time, which can not only maintain the oxygen consumption necessary for fish survival, but also strengthen the ability to deal with emergencies to a certain extent.


Achieve high dissolved oxygen environment:


Bottom oxygenation generally speaking, the dissolved oxygen in the surface of the aquaculture water body is high and the dissolved oxygen in the bottom is low, but the consumption and demand of the dissolved oxygen in the bottom is large, which is a prominent contradiction in the aquaculture water body. Therefore, now more and more farmers are willing to improve the efficiency of dissolved oxygen by adding oxygen at the bottom. The so-called bottom oxygenation is to install an aeration disk at the bottom of the fish pond, use roots blower to connect the main pipe, self settling pipe and aeration disk to achieve oxygenation, penetrate the air bottom to the surface, enhance the dissolved oxygen at the bottom of the water body, and then ensure the balance of dissolved oxygen in the whole water body through normal water exchange.
