Technical Catalogues & Downloads
Two documents, free to download — no registration, no email address, no form. Both are plain PDF files served from this site.
Roots blower technical catalog
21 pages · PDF · about 12 MB
This is the document we quote from. It is a working selection catalog rather than a brochure: most of its pages are performance tables. In it you will find:
- The selection method, stated up front — standard versus normal airflow conditions, the conversion between them, the discharge-state correction, and how the colour coding of motor power works in the tables that follow.
- A full pressure unit conversion table covering Pa, kPa, bar, kgf/cm², mmH₂O, mmHg and atm, so a figure quoted in any of them can be read across.
- Performance tables for the four series in the catalog — the standard, high-pressure and vacuum ranges, plus the ML range — giving bore size, speed, discharge pressure, airflow and the motor power required.
- Component and structure drawings with parts lists, so the internal layout and the oil-free arrangement can be seen rather than taken on trust.
- Overall dimensions, accessory positions, and both belt-driven and direct-driven installation dimensions.
- A spare parts and accessories list, and a table of typical industrial applications.

Aquaculture aeration system brochure
4 pages · PDF · about 1.4 MB
The short document — one screenful per product family. Use it if you are specifying tubing and accessories rather than sizing a blower:
- Microporous aeration tube series with the core figures on one page: pore density, bubble diameter for freshwater and for seawater, effective aeration rate, working airflow rate and service area.
- Aeration tube and disc dimension tables — inside and outside diameter, package length, mesh density, weight and volume per roll.
- The accessory range: air hose, air valves, tees and plugs, reinforced braided hose, self-sinking weighted hose and the bypass air valve.

Which document do I need?
Sizing a blower for a pond. Work out tubing length, air flow and design pressure first — the pond aeration sizing calculator does that from four inputs, and the sizing guide explains the reasoning behind each step. Then look the result up in the catalog performance tables.
Choosing tubing and fittings. The brochure carries the tube and disc tables and the accessory list. The microporous aeration tubing page has the same information in web form, with the installation notes that do not fit on a printed page.
Checking a pressure range or a dimension. The catalog is the source for both — the roots blower range summarises the pressure bands, and the catalog carries the full tables and the installation drawings.
Verifying who you are buying from. The catalog is printed with our company name, address block and direct contact details. If you need anything beyond that, contact us and ask — we would rather answer a specific question than send a longer brochure.
Frequently asked questions
Are these downloads free?
Yes. Both documents are public PDF files on this domain - there is no form, no registration and no email address required.
Do you have Portuguese versions of these documents?
Not yet. The printed catalogues are in English. The Portuguese pages on this site cover the same product information in text form, and we will publish Portuguese PDFs when they are ready.
Which document should I read first?
Read the aquaculture aeration brochure if you are choosing tubing and accessories, and the roots blower catalog if you need the performance tables, pressure range or installation dimensions for a blower.
How do I choose a blower model for my pond?
Work out the tubing length, air flow and design pressure first, then look your result up in the catalog performance table. The pond aeration sizing calculator does the first step for you.
Can I get dimension drawings or CAD files for a specific model?
Contact us with the model you are specifying and we will send what we hold for it.
