The microporous aeration hose is highly anti-clogging — sludge does not back-flow into the microporous tube, so air-flow resistance stays low and oxygen utilisation is raised 1–3 times. For example, on a 10-mu (0.67 ha) pond at 1.5–2 m depth, reaching 10 kg O₂/h of aeration capacity needs only about 1.5 kW with this system, while an impeller aerator needs 6–9 kW. Running 8 hours per day for 200 aeration days saves about 10,000 kWh and more than RMB 5,000 in running costs.
2. High efficiency. The microporous tube aerates with micro-bubbles: the ultra-fine pores create bubbles with a very large contact surface in the water, low rising speed and long contact time. The micro-bubbles quickly raise the oxygen content, improve water quality, allow higher stocking density, accelerate fish growth, and more effectively prevent bottom-death syndrome in shrimp farming — for stable, high yields.
3. Silent. Underwater microporous aeration supplies more oxygen to the oxygen-short bottom layer, spreads the incoming air evenly through every water layer, and speeds the escape of toxic gases produced by oxygen-consuming factors at the bottom. The vibration-free, low-noise circulation does not disturb normal fish activity — especially suitable for fish, shrimp and crab farming.

Fat mud, organic waste and leftover spoiled feed on the bottom consume large amounts of oxygen; continuous microporous aeration converts them into organic matter that micro-organisms can decompose, restoring the water's self-purification ability.
