How a variable microporous aerator works: gas enters the branch pipe from the main intake, passes through the connector into the gap between the aeration membrane tube and the reinforcing liner, and the membrane micropores open under air pressure for uniform aeration. When the air supply stops, the micropores close under water pressure, preventing blockage. It suits municipal sewage and industrial wastewater treatment plants: good bubble dispersion, high oxygen transfer efficiency, long service life, simple and quick installation, low cost, large service area, and negative-pressure design. Three installation modes: traditional (laid at the bottom of the dried tank in rings); hanging (inlet branch on the surface, pipe suspended — maintenance without draining, easy air control and uniform distribution); and platform (multiple pipes assembled into a ring platform that sinks for aeration and floats for maintenance).
