Check the fastening of each part and whether the locating pins are loose. Confirm there is no oil leakage from inside the blower body, and no scaling, rust or shedding in the body. Keep lubrication smooth and heat dissipation normal. Check oil quality, listen for abnormal running noise, and add grease on schedule. Overload is not always shown immediately, so watch the inlet and exhaust pressure, bearing temperature and the motor current trend to judge whether the machine is running normally. Before opening a machine after maintenance, measure and record the fitting marks and mark the parts, so the original clearances are restored after assembly. For new or overhauled blowers, clean the oil tank and run it in; replace all lubricating oil after about 8 hours of operation. Carry out preventive maintenance on a schedule and keep records. An annual overhaul is recommended, replacing bearings and wearing parts. Overhaul should be carried out by professional repair staff.
